2-Deck Screening Machine; is a high-efficiency seed processing equipment designed to perform both pre-cleaning and precision cleaning of pulses, cereals, and all dry-grain agricultural products in a single compact section; equipped with a powerful vacuum system and 2 independent screening decks, it can be manufactured as either a stationary or mobile (wheeled) unit.
Working Principle: The machine integrates both aerodynamic cleaning through airflow and dimensional separation through screening within a single operational section:
5-Stage Vacuum Technology: The machine is equipped with an advanced aspiration system with high suction power. When the product enters the system, dust, husks, waste, and especially hollow, lightweight/weak grains are separated from the main product mass by the suction force of the airflow. To maintain the highest cleaning quality, this vacuuming process is repeated exactly 5 times along the line.
2-Deck Mechanical Separation: After passing through the powerful air-cleaning stage, the raw material is transferred to 2 independent screening decks positioned one above the other. Providing an additional screening layer compared to single-deck models, these decks effectively separate undersize particles and broken grains from the main product while classifying the grains according to size.
