Gold Paketleme Makina Gıda San. ve Dış Tic. A.Ş., with over 10 years of experience, manufactures the GOLD500 fully automatic packaging machine with 4 weighers. This machine is primarily used for packaging granular products such as pulses, granulated sugar, nuts, bird feed, and fish feed. The weighing hopper groups, which operate using a linear weighing system, do not work sequentially.
As soon as the linear weighing groups are started, all vibrating channels begin feeding product into the weighing hoppers manually. According to the preset target weight, whichever hopper reaches the required weight first opens and discharges its contents into the packaging machine. During these cycles, the weighers begin operating, and the product discharged into the packaging machine is sealed by the vertical sealing jaw according to the sealing configuration of the packaging film coming from the forming collar, either A+A or A+B.
After pulling the packaging film forward by the length required to position the photocell mark on the package, the lower jaw assembly seals and cuts the top of the package. For high-weight packages, a gusseted (stand-up-bottom) package option and a handle opening can also be added to the lower jaw assembly upon request. Hot- and cold-jaw sealing options are also available for packaging materials with different properties.
