The Big Bag Discharging System is a modular discharge station designed to safely transfer bulk raw materials in powder or granular form (PVC, sugar, cement, chemicals, etc.) delivered to facilities in large bags (FIBC) to downstream process lines, silos, or hoppers without dust emission or material loss and in compliance with occupational safety standards.
Working Principle: The big bag is lifted using an integrated monorail crane or forklift and positioned on the discharge cone mounted on the platform. After the bag outlet is locked and opened using a pneumatic-cylinder mechanism that provides dust-tight sealing, the material flow is initiated. During discharge, massage paddles and vibrators controlled via the PLC panel periodically agitate the bag from below to prevent clogging, particularly with poorly flowing materials. The integrated filter collector completely prevents dust formation in the working environment, while the discharged product is safely conveyed to the target line via a screw conveyor or pneumatic conveying system located at the bottom.
