TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

This is a fully automatic vertical packaging machine that vacuum-packs powdered or granular products, removing the air from inside the package. This helps preserve product freshness and extends its shelf life.

APPLICATION AREAS

Suitable for use in the food industry for coffee, semolina, flour, various pulses, nuts and similar products.

• Available for both powdered and granular products.

• The machine can operate with or without vacuum packaging.

• Working range: 100–1000 g.

• The film-pulling belt assembly is servo controlled.

• Compatible with both photocell-marked and non-photocell packaging films.

• The left-right position of the packaging film can be easily adjusted via a geared motor, with an automatic centering system.

• Equipped with a vacuum pump for vacuum generation.

• Capacity: 15–25 packs/min with vacuum; 25–40 packs/min without vacuum.
