The Feed Dosing System is an integrated automation solution that ensures macro raw materials and micro ingredients (vitamins, premixes, minerals) are weighed with high precision according to the target ration formula in feed production facilities and automatically conveyed to the mixer unit.
Working Principle: The system consists of two synchronized units according to production capacity and precision requirements:
Macro Dosing: Main raw materials are transferred from silos with a minimum 60° flow angle to prevent clogging, using speed-controlled (inverter-driven) feeders, into the weighing hopper. After precise weight control with the load cell and indicator assembly, the materials are rapidly discharged into the lower hopper through a pneumatic wagon slide gate with the aid of pressure-balanced ventilation pipes.
Micro Dosing (Premix): High-value and sensitive vitamins/minerals are stored in AISI 304 stainless steel silos. Special-pitch stainless steel augers are activated to achieve milligram-level values specified in the formula. In the pneumatically controlled dosing hopper equipped with an actuator-operated sealed valve system, the accurately weighed premixes are transferred to the mixer line homogeneously and without loss.
