Fırfırlı PVC Belt Z Conveyor is a cleated conveying system designed to transport packaged products such as cartons, packages, and bags, as well as bulk materials, along “Z”-shaped routes that start horizontally, rise vertically, and continue horizontally again, without backward sliding at steep inclines and at near-continuous production speeds.
Working Principle: The system operates with vertical cleats (fırfır) mounted on a PVC belt driven by a motor-reducer. The cleats capture the products in compartments and carry them upward along the vertical sections of the Z-shaped conveyor:
* Optimum Space Utilization with Z-Frame: Combines horizontal loading, vertical elevation, and horizontal discharge in a single continuous frame, facilitating vertical transfer between floors or machines in confined spaces.
* Anti-Slip Vertical Cleats: The cleated (flighted) structure mounted at defined intervals on the belt surface completely prevents packaged or unpackaged loads from shifting or falling backward on steep inclines.
* Flexible Speed and Height: The speed can be adjusted according to the process using an inverter drive. Depending on the facility layout, the conveyor can be manufactured at a fixed height or as a mechanically height-adjustable unit.
* Economical and High-Speed Transfer: Minimizes the need for manual labor and reduces operating costs. With its durable PVC construction and specially designed body, it provides reliable long-term operation and high time savings.
