The SRD Makine Stone Separator precisely separates stones, glass, metal, and other high-density materials from cereals and pulses by utilizing differences in specific gravity.
The machine operates through the precise combination of aerodynamic principles and mechanical vibration:
Floating Effect: The controlled airflow generated by the integrated aspiration system makes the product virtually “float” on the screen. At this stage, grains with lower specific gravity move across the screen almost like a fluid.
Vibratory Drive: The product falling onto the specially woven steel wire screen is evenly distributed by the vibration motors.
Counter-Flow Separation: Under the combined effect of vibration and airflow, the product moves in the direction of flow, while heavy materials such as stones and glass are driven in the opposite direction by impacts against the screen surface and discharged from the system.
