Working Principle: The system operates by transporting products discharged into the inlet hopper via manual or magnetic/vibratory feeders, using special plastic buckets attached to a chain mechanism rotating around 4 toothed pulleys, with the buckets tipping under their own weight at the discharge point to unload the material:
Multidirectional Flexible Conveying: Combines horizontal, vertical, and diagonal transfers in a single line, providing flexibility in facilities with space constraints. It can be manufactured as either a fixed or mobile (wheeled) model according to requirements.
Gentle and Loss-Free Conveying: Does not damage fragile food products and seeds. The buckets interlock tightly at the product intake point to prevent product leakage, while they discharge smoothly and without impact at the discharge point.
Optimized Power and Feeding: Can be integrated with magnetic vibrator units to ensure homogeneous product flow. A motor-reducer assembly is selected to precisely match the elevator's total length and capacity, providing optimal torque.
Enclosed and Modular Body: The fully enclosed body prevents dust spillage and protects against external factors. Thanks to its bolted modular design, the conveyor line length can be easily modified at a later stage, and bucket options with different capacities can be adapted.
