Gold Paketleme Makina Gıda San. ve Dış Tic. A.Ş. manufactures the GOLD1000 fully automatic packaging machine equipped with 10 weighers. This machine automatically packages free-flowing granular or crystallized powdered products. It is designed for high-capacity packaging of granular products weighing between 20 g and 1,000 g, including nuts, chips, dried fruits, confectionery, and similar products.
The multihead weighing system operates using a combination-weighing method. Without following a fixed sequence among the weighing hoppers, the system identifies and combines the optimal weight from the 10 hoppers based on the specified combination count, then discharges the product into the packaging machine.
During these cycles, the weighers operate continuously, and the product discharged into the packaging machine is sealed by the vertical sealing jaws according to the sealing configuration of the packaging film supplied through the forming collar, either A+A or A+B. The lower jaw assembly pulls the film forward to the length determined by the photocell mark and seals the top of the package. Depending on the requirements, the machine can produce pillow bags, stand-up-bottom bags, and quadro bags.
