Stationary Seed Processing Machine (2.5 Tons/Hour) is a 4-unit stationary seed processing system designed to remove foreign materials from agricultural products such as wheat, barley, oats, rye, lentils, and vetch, classify grains according to quality, and treat them for protection before sowing. It is ideal for commercial producers, agricultural chambers, and cooperatives.
Working Principle and Integrated Units: The system operates based on the aerodynamic (behavioral) differences of products in terms of their dimensions and response to airflow. The process is completed in 4 synchronized main stages:
1. Feeding Unit: Bulk raw material to be processed is transferred into the system at a regular and controlled flow rate, ensuring continuous operation of the line.
2. Cleaning Unit: Powerful aspiration (airflow) and precision screening systems are activated. Lightweight waste, dust, straw, and weed seeds are separated from the main product based on differences in the aerodynamic resistance of the grains.
3. Classification (Sizing) Unit: The cleaned raw material is mechanically separated according to grain size. Depending on the intended use, the system divides the product into 3 quality classes: Weak (loss/waste), Medium (commercial/feed), and Seed (highest quality/full grains), directing each class to separate outlets.
4. Seed Treatment Unit: The highest-quality “seed” grains leaving the classification unit are transferred to this section according to the user’s requirements. The seeds are uniformly coated with protective chemical treatments against soil-borne pests and fungal diseases, making them ready for sowing.
