Roller Conveyor is a modular conveying system designed to transport flat-bottomed boxes, cartons, packages, pallets, and industrial materials quickly, safely, and without manual labor in assembly lines, logistics centers, warehouses, and packaging facilities. It is available with powered (motor-driven) or idler (free-running/gravity) roller options.
Working Principle: The system operates with linear or curved movement based on a combination of roller diameter, roller pitch, and frame type selected according to the physical characteristics of the load:
Powered and Idler Operating Options: Conveyors can operate automatically through a motor-driven transmission mechanism or be designed as motorless “free roller” conveyors. In free-running models, products move forward either by operator push or by gravity on a 4°–5° incline, providing zero energy consumption. When excessive acceleration occurs due to the incline, integrated braking systems between conveyor sections keep the flow under control.
High Load Capacity and Robust Frame: Thanks to roller options with internal bearings or tube-mounted bearings, even heavy industrial loads of up to 1,500 kg per linear meter can be transported reliably. Depending on the application and material being conveyed, the frame can be manufactured in straight, inclined, or curved configurations with turns from 10° to 180°. Material options include Steel (ST37, ST42, ST52, DKP), Stainless Steel (AISI 304, AISI 316), or Aluminum.
Modular Design and Wide Range of Applications: Its fully modular design enables easy installation, relocation, and flexible modification in assembly lines, sorter systems, and reject stations. With low noise levels, long service life, and minimal maintenance costs, it provides significant time and cost savings across a wide range of industries, including logistics, automotive, textile, agriculture, packaging, pharmaceuticals, and construction materials.
