Screw Conveyor with Mixer is a flexible feeding and transfer machine designed to simultaneously transport and homogenously mix powdery and granular bulk materials along a horizontal axis. It features a complete AISI 304 stainless steel body, hopper, and mixer assembly, manufactured to high hygiene standards.
Working Principle: The high torque generated by the high-efficiency drive system with a Yılmaz gearbox is transmitted to the screw shaft and mixer blades inside the enclosed or open hopper, operating a dual-function mechanism:
Simultaneous Mixing and Conveying: The raw material entering the hopper is homogenously blended by the specially designed integrated mixer system, preventing clumping. At the same time, the rotating screw flights convey the material linearly along the horizontal route at a stable capacity without damaging it.
Perfect Combination and Optimum Efficiency: To achieve maximum conveying and mixing efficiency, the screw pitch and body dimensions are designed as a perfectly matched combination. This prevents material buildup and enables high conveying capacities with low energy consumption.
Easy Cleaning with Removable Groove Set: The specially designed removable groove-set mechanism on the machine allows the screw shaft and internal components to be quickly dismantled. Combined with the fully stainless steel surface construction, this design enables effortless, residue-free cleaning during product changeovers.
