Seed Coating Machine

The Seed Coating Machine is a fully automatic automation system that coats the surfaces of seeds, nuts, and similar granular products with liquid treatment agents, nutrients, or powdered protectants with high precision to protect them against pests, fungal diseases, and external factors in the agricultural and food industries.

Working Principle: The integrated weighing hopper inside the machine weighs the product and releases it onto a high-speed rotating disc. The seeds gain acceleration on the disc through centrifugal force and friction, continuously rotating and tumbling around their own axes. During this movement, a precision dosing pump sprays the chemical or protective agent drawn from the liquid tank uniformly onto the seeds. Depending on requirements, an integrated powder auger can also be added to the system to feed powdered materials onto the disc at the desired dosage and timing, providing a composite coating. The entire process is fully automated and controlled via the PLC screen, and once coating is complete, the product is discharged from the system through a pneumatic flap valve.
