One of the biggest challenges in storage systems is flow problems such as “bridging” or “rat-holing” that occur during the discharge of powdered and granular raw materials from silos. The SRD Makine Silo Discharger ensures that materials are discharged from the silo regularly, continuously, and uniformly through controlled vibration generated by vibro motor technology.

Vibratory Conical Body: The lower conical body, which directs material flow, is connected to the silo body (upper body) using vibration-damping rubber mounts and high-strength suspension studs. This design confines the vibration to the discharge cone, preventing mechanical fatigue of the main silo body.
Special Flexible Connection Elements: Special flexible connections providing sealing between the lower and upper bodies fully accommodate the vibratory movement while preventing dust leakage by 100%.
Vibro Motor Integration: The vibro motor providing the driving force is mounted directly onto the lower conical body, transmitting the vibratory motion directly to the raw material.
