Sorting Belt Conveyor is an ergonomic and hygienic final inspection table designed for the manual removal of discolored or defective kernels from products such as nuts, pulses, and grains after the cleaning stages. It is equipped with lighting and speed control units.
Working Principle: The food-grade PVC belt, driven by a 1.1 kW motor system, moves linearly along a frame designed to provide comfortable working conditions for operators:
Visual Inspection and Lighting: The specially integrated lighting system provides clear visibility of the products passing along the belt, allowing operators to identify and remove defective kernels with high precision without eye strain.
Speed-Controlled Conveying: The inverter-supported motor system allows the belt speed to be flexibly adjusted according to product density and the operators’ working pace.
Final Inspection After Sortex: In facilities without a color sorter (Sortex), it serves as the main manual sorting line; in advanced facilities using Sortex, it functions as a final inspection station to ensure product quality.
Food-Compatible Hygienic Construction: The product-contact section is equipped with a food-grade certified PVC belt. Depending on requirements and process conditions, the entire conveyor can be manufactured from high-quality stainless steel.
