Stone Separator is a high-efficiency cleaning and quality enhancement machine with a capacity of 5 tons/hour. It separates heavy foreign materials such as stones, soil, glass and metal from pre-cleaned and size-graded dry granular agricultural products such as cereals, pulses, sesame, cumin and seeds. These foreign materials may be similar in size to the product but differ in specific gravity.
Working Principle: The product is transferred to the main machine by an elevator. At the heart of the machine is a 100% dynamically balanced deck, which is continuously vibrated by an eccentric motor system. This controlled vibration is combined with a pressurized airflow supplied by air supply motors located beneath the deck and precisely adjusted by manual dampers.
Through the simultaneous effect of air and vibration, the product layer becomes suspended in the air according to the fluidized-bed principle and separates into layers based on density. The lighter, clean seeds move forward through the airflow and flow into the bagging chute, while heavy materials such as stones, glass, metal and soil move backward along the deck's inclination and eccentric motion and are discharged through the stone outlet.
At the same time, the machine's high-vacuum aspiration system removes lightweight impurities, husks and dust from the product and discharges them from the system.
