Trough Conveyor with PVC Belt

Trough PVC Belt Conveyor is a conveying system with a trough-shaped (U/V) bed design that enables the safe and fast transfer of fine-grained powders, sand, grain, coal, and other bulk materials, as well as packaged products such as cartons, boxes, and bags, without the risk of spillage or overflow from the sides.

Working Principle: The mechanical power supplied by the motor system, directly or chain-coupled to the steel drive drum, drives the PVC belt through longitudinal shafts and carrying rollers:

• Trough Form for Loss-Free Conveying: The inclination provided by the carrying rollers and idlers gives the belt a trough-shaped profile. This shape keeps fluid and bulk materials with irregular surfaces concentrated in the center, preventing spillage.

• Advanced Drive and Protection: The drive system offers adjustable or shock-absorbing torque-foot mounting options, protecting the system during demanding start-stop operations. Impact-resistant, protected sensor connections are installed along the conveyor line.

• Flexible Speed and Chassis Design: The belt speed can be optimized according to the type of product being conveyed and the capacity requirements of the facility. The height-adjustable leg system allows easy adaptation to different elevations.

• Maximum Operational Efficiency: Thanks to the coordinated design of the head, tail, tensioning, and deflection components on a rigid chassis, even the most demanding bulk raw materials can be conveyed at minimum cost without the need for manual labor.
