Vibratory Feed Hopper is a vibratory storage and dosing unit designed to ensure the continuous, homogeneous, and controlled transfer of powdered, granular, or bulk products to subsequent processing, conveying, or packaging lines without clogging.
Operating Principle: The product filled into the hopper is discharged through linear micro-vibrations generated by the vibrator motor mounted on the body:
Vibratory Conveying: The raw material discharged onto the flow channel is moved forward in a uniform curtain by the oscillating motion generated by the 0.37 kW vibrator motor.
Clogging Prevention: Continuous vibration prevents powders or moist products with poor flowability from becoming compacted or forming bridges inside the hopper.
Robust Construction: Depending on requirements, the unit can be manufactured with a fully stainless steel (AISI 304 CrNi) body for food processing lines or a static oven-painted (St-37) body for industrial applications.
