For ultra-fine powders and fragile materials where conventional vibrating screens are insufficient, SRD Makine Micronized Sieve (Rotary Sieve) offers the most optimized solution. The machine is known in the industry as a “Rotary Sieve” due to its three-dimensional, oscillating circular motion. This motion mimics manual hand sieving, allowing the product to remain on the screening surface for longer and ensuring separation with maximum precision.
Rotary sieves operate with a low-frequency, high-amplitude oscillating motion, unlike standard screening machines:
Three-Dimensional Oscillation: The machine performs an eccentric motion created by the combination of radial and tangential inclination. This allows the product to follow a spiral path from the center of the screen toward the outside.
Adjustable Parameters: The inclination of the screening surface and rotational speed can be precisely adjusted to determine the material’s residence time on the screen.
Gentle Screening: Since the product is screened by being gently “floated” without exposure to high-acceleration impacts, its grain structure is preserved, particularly for fragile and sensitive granular materials.
